2024 theme
Our teaching theme for this year is: “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.” (James 4:10). For millennia, God’s people have been called to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with their Lord (Micah 6:8). The challenge is to imagine what this looks like in contemporary Australia. And that’s precisely our theme for 2024!
Activities
Mission & Benevolence
We’re involved in various overseas mission points including several in Indonesia, the Philippines, India, and Papua New Guinea. We’re also involved in helping local Melbourne charities like Temcare. Each year we organise one Mission Sunday to highlight mission efforts and raise money for them. Contact us if you’re keen to help and participate!
Home Discovery Groups
Our DGs meet in various homes on weekday evenings or online via Zoom. If you’re interested to participate in a DG for fellowship, prayer, Bible study, and encouragement, please contact Francis Hooi (email: [email protected]).
